1.   Organization

a.   The Wrestling Committee of the 19^th Maccabiah will be responsible for the Wrestling competitions of the 19^th Maccabiah.

b.   The Wrestling competitions will be conducted according to the FILA (International Amateur Wrestling Federation) rules.

c.   Participation in the competition is open to any athlete who is in possession of a Participant Card, issued by the Organizing Committee of the 19^th Maccabiah and registered the Wrestling competitions.

d.   The Wrestling competition will be held in two styles: Greco-Roman and Freestyle. Wrestlers will be allowed to compete in both styles

e.   Each country may enter a maximum of three wrestlers in each weight category and in each style as indicated in paragraph. D above.

f.    Minimum age for wrestlers in the competition is 17 years old (youngest athlete’s year of birth is 1996).

g.   Competitions will be held according to the following weight categories

1) 55 Kgs.

2) 60 Kgs.

3) 66 Kgs.

4) 74 Kgs.

5) 84 Kgs.

6) 96 Kgs.

7) 120 Kgs.

2.   Venues and times

a.   The Wrestling Committee of the 19^th Maccabiah will determine the venues  and  times  of  the  Wrestling  competitions and teams will be notified accordingly.

b.   The Wrestling Committee is authorized to change the venues and times of the competitions. These decisions will be final.

3.   System of competition

a.   The Wrestling competitions will be conducted according to the FILA (International Amateur Wrestling Federation) up dated rules.

b.   In the event of two wrestlers achieving the same number of points in the league, the winner will be determined by a contest between the two.

4.   Referees

a.   The Wrestling Committee will select a Referees’ Committee, which in turn will appoint the referees of the competition.

b.   International referees at the competitions will be only referees in possession of FILA III grade and above. Referees from Israel will be at a national level.

5.   General

a.   These regulations are but one part of the complete 19^th Maccabiah Regulations, and must be read along with the instructions found in “Basic Regulations and Disciplinary Procedures”.

b.   In the event of a discrepancy between the regulations written here and those appearing in the “Basic Regulations”, the regulations written here will apply and be 

binding.

משחקי המכביה לתלמידים וקדטים

1. בתאריך 21.04.13 יתקיימו משחקי המכביה לתלמידים/ות וקדטים.

2. ארגון התחרות באחריות איגוד ההאבקות.

3. מקום האירוע: התחרות תתקיים באולם הספורט של מקיף ח', רח' ברק בן אבינועם 10, אשדוד.

4. סגנון: חופשי.

5. גילאי המשתתפים: תלמידים (שנת לידה 00'-98') וקדטים (שנת לידה 96'-97' – חלק מהמשקלים).

7. שעת שקילה: 09:00-09:30.

8. תחילת התחרות: 10:00.

9. תנאי השתתפות:

     א. כל משתתף יהיה חייב להציג פנקס מתחרה של איגוד ההאבקות בתוקף לשנת 2013.

     ב. ההשתפות בתחרות כרוכה בתשלום של 50 ש"ח לכל ספורטאי.

     ג. כל משתתף יצטייד בשני "דרסים", אחד אדום ואחד כחול ובנעלי האבקות או נעלי ספורט.  

10. מנהל התחרות: לאוניד שולמן.

11. שופט ראשי: ד"ר אבירם שמואלי.

12. שופטי שקילה: מישייב ליבי ומיכאל מרקמן.

13. מזכירות: מקס גלייזר.

14. פרסים: למדורגים במקומות 1-3 תוענקנה תעודות ומדליות.

15. משמעת: כל המשתתפים ידרשו להתנהג בספורטיביות, בהגינות ובנימוס לכל אורך התחרות. למנהל התחרות שמורה הזכות להפסיק את התחרות בכל עת וכמו כן גם להרחיק מן האולם כל ספורטאי, מאמן, נציג אגודה או צופה אשר יפריע למהלך התחרות.

16. ביטוח רפואי: באחריות האגודות לבטח רפואית את הספורטאים הנוטלים חלק בתחרות מטעמן.

17. רופא בתחרות: רופא מטעם האיגוד יהיה נוכח במשך כל זמן התחרות.

18. שופטים בתחרות: כל אגודה אשר שולחת למעלה מ-3 ספורטאים לתחרות, מחוייבת לשלוח שופט. אגודה אשר אמורה לשלוח שופט ולא תעשה זאת, תחוייב ב-100 ש"ח לספורטאי עבור התחרות (במקום 50 ש"ח).
